These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ScriptPing mobile application ("ScriptPing", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using ScriptPing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ScriptPing is a reminder and message-drafting tool. It does not prescribe medication, recommend dosages, provide medical advice, diagnose, or guarantee that a pharmacy has your medication in stock. ScriptPing never contacts your prescriber or pharmacy on your behalf — you review and send every message yourself. Always confirm with your prescriber and pharmacy, and seek professional medical advice for any health decision.
ScriptPing helps you track your medication refill window, reminds you when to request your next prescription, drafts a message you can send to your prescriber, lets you log pickup outcomes, and shows community-submitted pharmacy availability signals. Estimates and reminders are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for managing your own prescriptions.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ScriptPing and to purchase a subscription.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or abusive pharmacy availability reports.
The medication, prescriber, and pharmacy details you enter are stored on your device. Pharmacy availability reports you submit are anonymous and may be shown to other users without identifying you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
ScriptPing, its name, design, and content are owned by the provider and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
ScriptPing is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that reminders, estimates, or availability signals are correct, timely, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed medication, missed refill, lost data, or reliance on estimates or availability signals. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at scriptping.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
You may stop using ScriptPing at any time by deleting the app (and canceling your subscription via Apple). We may suspend or end the service for any user who violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
